Organic extra virgin olive oil

Organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from Frantoio – Moraiolo – Leccino – Olivastra. The fruit is harvested manually in order to choose olive by olive to guarantee a good oil, while proper squeezing, without leaves, avoid the bitter taste.

Extra virgin olive oil is fragrant and elegant in taste, ideal for seasoning traditional Tuscan dishes.

The color is intense green with golden yellow reflections, the taste is fruity, fragrant and with a slight acidity. Selected by providing much more restrictive parameters than required by the production specification.
